A commercial applicator who is certified under the state plan of another state may become certified as a reciprocal (commercial) applicator in Delaware without a written examination by:

Completing an Application for Reciprocal Certification

Submitting a copy of their Current Resident State Certification Credentials which must indicate the categories in which they are certified

Remitting the appropriate fee
*Please note that not all categories of certification are the same between states.
