Complaints
If you believe that someone has caused damage to your property by the misuse of pesticides you may contact us and an inspector will investigate your complaint, please check out our Complaints page to get more information about submitting a complaint online, or by mail or fax.
Schedule of Quarterly Training classes
Private applicators may schedule to take the examination at any time that is convenient to the applicator and an employee of the Department of Agriculture Pesticide Staff. To attend a training class, or for more information, please check out our Pesticide Applicator Certification Exam Instructions and Schedule page and the Delaware Pesticide Applicator Training Manual Order Form.
Recertification
Private applicators may obtain their three (3) hours of recertification training by attending any of the three hour sessions of the regularly scheduled Quarterly Training Sessions or through any approved programs offered by the University of Delaware Cooperative Extension or through other approved programs.
